Position Purpose
The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales teams by driving lead generation programs and organizing and running internal and external events. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and collaborative.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Assist in the maintenance, data entry, and optimization of lead generation tools.
- Support the development and updating of lead lists, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Utilize lead generation tools to pull applicable leads using ideal customer profile and target account criteria.
- Accurately input and update customer and lead information into the CRM system.
- Engage in close collaboration with the sales organization to gather feedback on leads and ensure all leads are updated in a timely manner within the CRM database.
- Regularly clean and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and distribute reports from the CRM as requested by the marketing and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze lead generation campaign results and overall business impact.
- Support all partner-led lead generation campaigns as the main point of contact within MNJ. Collaborate with partners to share ideal customer profile and target market and to develop mutual campaign goals. Assign leads to sales teams and provide timely feedback and status updates back to the partner. Track overall campaign success.
Event Management
- Research and execute all customer/vendor focused events (in-person and virtual customer events and tradeshows/conferences) and coordinate all Strategic Vendor Showcase events and sales trainings. Attend all partner-related sales trainings, record sessions, and document execution for proof of performance.
- Research and execute all internal MNJ events (CKO, coffee talks, anniversary parties, holiday parties, potluck, etc.).
- Develop and maintain an annual event calendar that includes budgets, expense tracking, and attendees. Develop and utilize an event checklist for each event. Work with internal stakeholders to manage conference attendees and assist with registration.
- Proactively arrange logistics and communication for all internal meetings and engagements with strategic partners, including vendor trainings and strategic vendor showcases.
- Assist sales with all tradeshow requests (seek leadership approval and aid in the registration and logistics process).
- Lead event asset development with Graphic Designer, invitation creation, registration tracking and informing all stakeholders about the event process and registration.
- Pull and analyze data/metrics post-event, organize data in a clear manner, and share with internal stakeholders and sponsors.
- Utilize event debrief form and process to understand event success metrics. Create and share executive dashboard summarizing feedback and recommendations by event.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000/year. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
