Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary difference in the lives of our stakeholders.  We are looking to add a Business Systems Support Specialist to our IT team.  

Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Business Systems Support Specialist role is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for MNJ’s core business systems. This includes the internal Order Management System (SSA), client-facing website, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The position serves as the first point of contact for business system related issues, ensuring timely resolution and collaboration with internal teams including but not limited to the Development Team, Help Desk Team, Director of IT and CIO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Liaison between technical teams and MNJ business users, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Respond to Help Desk tickets related to MNJ’s business systems. Adhere to an average time to resolve or escalate tickets within SLA.
  • Investigate reported issues and determine whether the problem is usability-related or system-related.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users when issues stem from usability errors.
  • Issue Analysis to identify the root cause of system issues.
  • Document findings and add detailed information to Help Desk tickets for escalation to the Development Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Supply additional information and context to developers for issue remediation.
  • Participate in testing and validation of fixes before deployment.
  • Communicate status updates and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field or at least 2 years of experience in business systems support, application support, or Help Desk roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) and CRM.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow, or equivalent issue tracking system
  • Introductory knowledge of data analysis to properly analyze system data and support business the business.
  • The ability to demonstrate basic data analysis competency.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with end users and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

The salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000/year.  Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
