Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary different in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking to add a Warehouse Coordinator to our Warehouse & Maintenance Department.
Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the warehouse including inventory and all shipping and receiving aspects of the business. This role will assist the Warehouse & Maintenance Supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of company related shipping and receiving duties using company-established procedures.
- Accurately documenting and reporting any damage or discrepancies related to shipping. Work with appropriate parties to rectify problems, such as damage, shortages and nonconformance to specifications.
- Examine contents of items received in the warehouse and compare them with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
- Provide delivery service to customers as needed.
- Work with appropriate departments to maintain company inventory in warehouse on an as needed basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the MNJ occupied section of the warehouse.
- Serve as backup for all international shipments.
- Serve as a backup for safety needs as required.
- Serve as a backup for Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
- Take out garbage as needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of warehouse experience required.
- Must obtain a valid Class C Driver’s License within 60 days of employment at MNJ. Once obtained the Warehouse Coordinator must hold and maintain a valid Class C Driver’s License, at minimum, to operate company vehicles while employed at MNJ.
- Must be able to obtain a license to operate a forklift. Company training provided.
- Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have experience with Microsoft suite.
- Must have experience with ERP software.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess great organization skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, employees, and the general public.

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00/hour. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
