Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary different in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our Project Management team.
Position Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to deployment. This role works with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements and project goals are met. The Project Manager applies advanced project management tools to set timelines, manage resources, and ensure that project goals are achieved within scope and budget.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute multiple complex technology and connectivity projects involving cross-functional teams, external vendors, and interdependent components, typically lasting three months or more.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project information as well as status updates
- Influence project team members and resolve conflict to address project issues.
- Collect business and technical requirements, lead feasibility studies, design efforts and ROI calculations.
- Prepares meeting agendas, tracks task status, and develops contingency plans for at-risk tasks or emerging challenges
- Manage all SOW deliverables and allocates project resources, monitors budgets, and oversees adjustments to ensure project success
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
- Manage vendor resources including obligations established in Service Level Agreements and risk management/escalation
- Liaise with clients to further identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives on an as needed basis.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform continuous risk management to minimize project risks.
- Understand and utilize Project Management tools such as TeamWork, Carma, Tableau, Power BI, MS Teams.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP Certification
- 7 years of project management experience working on diverse IT infrastructure and telecommunication projects. Experience must include networking and security, servers and virtualization, and cloud infrastructure systems (Azure or AWS).
- Knowledge of project management elements: the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution required.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding human relation skills evident in the ability to work with the team.
- Ability to break down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
- Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively, adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well with little supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions and respond accurately to upper managements' directions.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and/or stressful conditions.
- Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, employees, and other interested parties.

The salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000/year. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
