Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary different in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking to add an Associate Engineer to our engineering and operations team.
Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide tier 1, 2 and 3 engineering resource capabilities, both internally and externally. Associate Engineers possess and provide a growing range of engineering capabilities for the organization internally and on occasion, externally.

Position Responsibilities:
- Participates in customer engagement of internal and external customers as directed.
- Participates in implementations for internal and external customers as directed.
- Delivers tier 1, 2 and 3 support for both internal and external customers.
- Provides technical mentorship for Junior Engineers.
- Provides peer review for Junior and Associate Engineers in change management process.
- Observes RCA’s and post-mortem analysis and reporting.
- Engages in troubleshooting efforts and escalations.
- Participates in communications with OEM’s and vendors.
- Attends in-person conferences, trade-shows, and customer events as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years or more in validated technical engineering roles.
- Posses or obtain valid certifications as required by organizational needs.
- Experience in at least 2 position specific platforms which may include any of the following:
- Cloud infrastructure.
- Storage and compute infrastructure.
- Edge networking.
- Universal Communications.
- Wireless communications and networking.
- Telecommunications and circuits.
- Ability to travel up to 40%, based on residency and company needs
- Regular on call rotation
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Solid working relationships with engineers, operations, peers and all employees.
- Must be available for all tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 escalations. Escalate as appropriate.
- Must work within prescriptive maintenance windows, change control and escalations.
- Must work well both individually and in a team environment.
- Must present, preserve and provide the appearance, communications, integrity and dignity of the organization to customers, employees, vendors, and the general public.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

The salary for this role is $89,000+/year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
