Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary different in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Connectivity for our Business Development Team.
Position Purpose
The primary purpose is to be the go-to person for the product and define a vision for the product. This position must own a deep understanding of customer’s needs, the product, and the stakeholders’ demand.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of managing ATS Digital Transformation partners.
- Provide market and product data, analysis, and recommendations for delivering growth.
- Work with customers and company leadership to define the product direction and strategies.
- Bridge the gap between the vendors and the sales team by acting as a partner to convert customers.
- Create product requirements, limitations, and workflows for the engineering, operations, and PMO teams to bring new products to market.
- Be the subject matter expert in product area.
- Provide circuit recommendations and costs to sales team as needed.
- Handle and manage circuit ordering as needed and oversee process until circuit delivery is completed.
- Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
- Ensure the product meets the needs of the target customer.
- Analyze pricing and focus on increasing product profitability.
- Track product performance and present findings to manager.
- Seek out, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for product improvements.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
- Develop short- and long-term product plans designed to deliver growth and profit performance that aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
- Provide direction and ensure timely execution of marketing plans including product launches, product modifications, and promotions to drive sales of products.
- Stay current on knowledge related to digital transformation technologies such as cloud, SD-WAN, UCaaS, cybersecurity, software development, dev-ops, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the business at trade shows and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of IT industry product, sales, or marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of customer interaction experience.
- At least 3 years of program or project management.
- At least 3 years of circuit experience.
- Must exhibit critical thinking and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must exhibit emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
- Strong business intelligence and data analytics skills.
- Must understand the customer buying journey.
- Alignment with MNJ’s vision, mission, and values.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, and employees.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000/year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
