Established in 2002 with a vision to make an extraordinary different in the lives of our stakeholders. We are looking to add a Part Time Marketing Associate to our Buffalo Grove, IL Marketing Staff.
Position Purpose
The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales teams by managing lead generation tools, updating and maintaining lead lists, and ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM and other related tools. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in starting a career in marketing and sales support.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance or data entry and optimization of lead generation tools.
- Support the development and updating of lead lists, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Accurately input and update customer and lead information into the CRM system.
- Regularly clean and maintain the CRM database to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and distribute reports from the CRM as requested by the marketing and sales teams.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to marketing and lead generation, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating with other departments.
- Provide support during marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Active support in marketing events and vendor engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Alignment with MNJ’s vision, mission, and values.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Work daily (Monday - Friday), 4 hours a day or have the option of working a full 8 hour shift, 2-3 days per week.
